02 — The challenge

The real constraint wasn't visual, it was logistical: four different locations, each with its own days, hours and host clinic. A generic contact form would have meant back-and-forth emails to confirm availability, with a real risk of double-booking the same slot across different locations.

03 — The solution

The core of the project is the Cal.com integration, with an independent calendar for each of the four locations. The patient picks the studio first, Cirimido, Fenegrò, Villa Guardia or Mozzate, and sees only the slots genuinely open at that location, synced in real time with the practitioner's calendar, without building a booking backend from scratch. Around that functional core, an editorial direction pairing Cormorant Garamond with Inter on an institutional blue palette communicates listening and care for the person; a fixed WhatsApp button stays available for anyone who prefers to ask before booking.
